BOOK AWARDST S Eliot Prize for Poetry 2008Established in 1993 to celebrate the Poetry Book Society's 40th birthday and honour it's founding poet, the T S Eliot Prize is now in its 14th year. This year's judges are Douglas Dunn (Chair), Paul Farley and Carol Rumens. The £10,000 prize is donated by Eliot's widow, Valerie, and will be presented by her to the winner at a central London ceremony in January.
