Firm order service
You specify the titles and we'll source on your behalf.
Easy to use
- We accept orders for all titles published in the UK and English-language titles from the rest of Europe, including trade and non-trade titles.
- No minimum order value.
- Books are supplied at the UK publisher's price, with carriage charges negotiable, according to turnover.
- Urgent orders will be given priority and either airmailed or sent by courier. There is no charge for a rush service — only for the extra cost of carriage.
- If we cannot source books immediately, we will hold the order on our books until fulfilled (or cancelled by you). Status reports and online reporting keep you in touch throughout the process.
- For customers ordering titles which prove to be out of print, we offer a Search and Quote Service. All titles no longer in print are automatically put out to search, if this is a customer requirement.
Special Non-printed orders
Information is available today in a wide range of media including audiotape, microfilm, microfiche, video, CD, CD-ROM, DVD. Although our main focus is on books, we will readily source and supply non-printed material.
Ordering
By post, fax, email, GOBI™ and download from major library systems.
Delivery
Overseas courier shipments to reach you within 14 days from date of invoice. Damaged books will be replaced at no cost.
Invoicing
We make no charge for the Slip Plan Service. Any books ordered are invoiced in the usual agreed way (enclosed with each consignment) with no hidden extras.
