CORE 300 TITLES
Every year Lindsay and Croft produce a Core 300 list of UK titles
Each quarter, we release a segment of the list — around 75 titles — designed to assist academic libraries in the ongoing development of their collections.
Our Core 300 is produced using the same methods as the YBP list; with book-in-hand, our Bibliographers select 75 books — taken from the new academic titles published in the UK — which they consider to be core for academic library collections. The selection is made from the complete UK publishing base and covers all subjects.
All listed titles are available direct from Lindsay and Croft and — if you don't already use our services — why not contact Customer Services to set up an account? Books are mailed straight to you (rather than via YBP) saving valuable shipping time and there's no surcharge to pay either!
Alternatively, YBP can provide coverage for titles that are distributed in North America or they can import through us on your YBP account.
This list is complementary to YBP's Core 1000.
