With several years’ experience working for Waterstone’s — buying, ordering and fulfilment on behalf of local educational establishments — Carol brings a wealth of knowledge to Lindsay and Croft. As part of the Publisher Services team since August 2002, Carol worked hard to continually improve fulfilment of customer orders and build good relations with publishers. In June 2003, Carol transferred to the Customer Services team, responsible for all UK and US customers (except California).
