Giles joined Lindsay and Croft from Taylor & Francis in August 2006. Taking responsibility for systems and operations he works closely with YBP on all operational initiatives. At T&F Informa Giles was the Warehouse Manager for eight years during which he managed a period of considerable growth and change. Prior to this he was at McGraw-Hill for 6 years.
