With thousands of orders placed each year with over 6,000 publishers across the UK and mainland Europe, good relations with our suppliers is essential. Publisher Services aim to maximise the speed of fulfilment to our customers and progress chase any orders that remain outstanding.
Pre-Receipt Publisher Services manage orders before they arrive with Lindsay and Croft; this includes recording the status of titles, chasing outstanding orders, locating titles that are required by customers and arranging Pro Forma payments.
Post-Receipt Publisher Services handle orders that have been delivered to Lindsay and Croft but need some attention; this involves liaison with publishers and distributors to resolve any issues — such as damaged or missing items and substitutions.
